Q: As a club member, do I receive a discount on other wines that I buy?
A:
Club members receive a 15% discount on additional wine purchases as well as wine related items, Gift Boxes and Gift Baskets.

Q: Can I order wine in addition to my Club Shipment?
A:
Yes, as one of your member benefits with each shipment you will receive an A la Carte offering of limited and pre-release wines and library vintages. You may order these additional wines online in our "Wine Cellar" or by contacting your Wine Club Concierge.

Q: When are the Shipments sent?
A: 
Your first shipment will be sent upon joining the club and all future shipments will be sent the first week of each month or new quarter depending upon your Club Plan. Shipments may be held due to extreme weather conditions.
Q: May I select my own wines for the Club Shipments?
A:
We carefully select wines for each shipment based on a unique theme, such as wines from a particular region or variety. This is part of that sense of discovery that our club members have come to love.
Q: How much does a Wine Club membership cost?
A:
There is no fee to join. The cost of membership is based on the number of the shipments within your membership selection. Shipping and tax where applicable are additional. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping. We cannot accept personal checks or invoice for shipments.
Q: What is the Wine Club Return Policy?
A:
If you are not 100% satisfied with our wine or service, simply contact our Wine Club Concierge for assistance.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the wines, you may return the product to us so that we may exchange it or give you a refund (except where prohibited by law). We'll refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right not to ship in cases of extreme weather.
If you need to return wine, simply repackage the item in the container in which it was received. Returns must be returned prepaid. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective. If wine is replaced, we will pay the shipping costs for items sent in exchange.

If a shipment of wine is returned to us due to delivery failure we will contact you. If we do not receive a response, we will refund the value of the wine and the taxes you were initially charged on your credit card. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

Credit card refunds: All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A:
You may cancel any unpaid portion of your Wine Club Membership at any time with no obligation or suspend your shipments for a period of time by contacting the Wine Club Concierge via e-mail, Fax or telephone.

Q: What happens if I move?
A:
If you move, please notify us of your new address by contacting us via phone, fax, mail or email prior to your move. Contacting us ahead of time will prevent missed shipments or forwarding delivery charges. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines.
